Military Veterans tax package is this a scam or not?

I am a 60% disabled veteran. Recieved a email about veteranstaxpackage.com It said if qualified would recieve amended tax refund. This process is known as the Disability Exclusion per Internal Revenue Code 1.122-1. Would like to know if this is a scam or is it real, also could I just get all the papers together and mail it in to IRS?
