I found an old looking picture the frame is very old HELP?

continued: as is the way it would be on a wall looks old. i took it apart and i found on the back SONG OF THE LARK NO.4514 JULES BRETON is this picture meaningful in anyway? it is old? could it be useful somewhere besides my floor?
