I dreamed my ex boyfriends fiance died the week i was visiting his sister, what does this mean?

I had a dream I was back in my ex boyfriends home town visiting his sister who is one of my best friends. Her Grandma is sick so I wanted to catch up with her. Also she is planning her wedding and I’m invited so I may have been down to help. During this time the family were really close, Jules and Paul (mother & Father) who are now divorced had put their differences aside to support the family, because they all adored their Grandma. Jack my first love was there. It was so amazing to see him, it was like my heart lit up. Then all of a sudden his fiancés brother comes running up to him saying she died in hospital. I couldn’t believe it, it was like god had wiped her out the way so we could get back together, because it wasn’t expected or risky the reason why she was in the Hospital. And for me to be in his home town around that time was strange! The brother ran off immediately after wards and I and the family had no idea what to do, so we all rushed to the hospital. Before we went to the waiting room Jack put his arm around me like old times. It felt amazing. Then he said my name as he wanted me for something and my stomach had butterflies. Secretly I was thinking oh my god, how strange is it to be here when she has past so suddenly with all the history me and jack had. In the waiting room attractive men were sitting opposite us looking and me and Charlotte and I was eyeing them up, and we were very polite to them and they introduced themselves. The dream ended with the not so attractive guy ready to introduce himself and an awkward silence in the room and between me and him as though we both knew it would be a waste of time! I woke with his big brown eyes, big lips and bald head staring at me.
