Can u fix a evo that fell in water?

ok i have a evo that i dropped in water i already have a replacement the reason why i would like it fixed is cause i just got a envelope from the court to attend a child support conference requesting payment for my daughter, now before u think im a bad father i would like to fix the phone so that it may show that i always attempted to see my daughter and that ive tried to work things out as an adult i don mind paying because i have a ok job my problem is that if my ex says she doesn't want to leave my daughter in my custody cause she doesn't feel comfortable with me having her i just want the proof to say that i have tried to make amends i would like for my daughter to know who i am because she is the light of my life and without her life itself would seem dull ty for ur help
